Cancellation policy

The Sacred Pause is a monthly snail mail subscription, delivered to your mailbox. Your subscription will be billed each month on the 15th, and shipped by the 10th of the following month, until you choose to cancel.  

You can update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "manage subscriptions" in the menu at the top of the LOP Shop.

Cancellations take effect before your billing date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. 

EU Subscribers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first envelope. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for full details on your EU withdrawal rights.
