Cancellation policy

The Sacred Pause is a monthly snail mail subscription, delivered to your mailbox. Your subscription will auto-renew each month on the 15th, and mailed by the 10th of the following month, until you choose to cancel.  

You can update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "manage subscriptions" in the menu at the top of the LOP Shop.

In an effort to avoid your next monthly charge, please consider canceling before your billing date. Since each envelope is prepared in advance, we're unable to issue refunds once a payment has been processed. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. 

EU Subscribers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first envelope. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on your EU withdrawal rights.
