Our digital products are delivered in PDF format in which you'll need Adobe Reader to open a PDF file. If a product you purchase contains more than one PDF file, you will receive a zip file.

To unzip a zip file using Windows; download the zip file on your computer, then right click the file and click on extract all. If using a Mac; download the file, then right click and click on open with. If downloading from a mobile device, you may need an app to download zip files.
